And the Aussie actress, who turned 46 on Thursday, proved she has hardly aged a day since her early career as a teenage soap star.
The mother of three commemorated her birthday by sharing a gallery of photos to Instagram of herself over the years.

One throwback photo showed a teenage Isla posing with her mother.
Incredibly, she has barely aged since then, and still sports a remarkably youthful and wrinkle-free complexion these days.
‘Thanks to my mum for birthing me,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘George had a great time being ridden by me on my birthday,’ she wrote alongside a photo of herself sitting atop a horse.
It comes after Isla gushed over her husband Sacha Baron Cohen as they celebrated their anniversary in December last year.
She posted a gallery of photos of the couple on Instagram, and wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary. 20 YEARS.’

The couple are parents to three children, Olive, 12, Elula, eight, and Montgomery, four.
